PCS Materials Group, Inc. started as Product Control Specialists, better known as PRODCON, in 1992 to help companies in the San Diego area with Consulting Services and Storage and Material Handling Solutions.

The Company currently operates from our Corporate Offices in Poway, California, about 20 miles north of San Diego and adjacent to Interstate 15. This unique location, in most cases, allows us to be at your facility within minutes.

Because we do not stock products in a large warehousing facility, we are able to maintain excellent control of our overhead and pass these savings on to the customer. PCS Materials Group, Inc. has the expertise to provide you with a complete "Turnkey" Warehouse Distribution Center plan, product flow analysis and Cost Summary or if all you need is Building Permit Documentation and Calculations, we can provide that too.

Principals and Associates combine many years of training and "Hands-on" experience to bring you the latest "State-of-the-Art" logistics design and Warehouse Planning Systems. Our structural engineering is contracted with State Licensed Engineers who will provide structural and seismic calculations for projects that require permitting. Services offered are Warehouse Layout, Space Planning, Product Logistic Planning and Warehouse Management Systems. Consulting fees are minimal and can often be applied toward the purchase of equipment.
